Deck Construction

Our deck construction is about more than adding a platform to your yard; it is about creating a safe, comfortable outdoor room that feels like a natural extension of your home in Alfred, Maine. We start with careful planning, then build from the ground up with sturdy deck foundation installation and precise deck framing so your structure stays solid and level for decades, not just seasons.

You can choose classic wood deck construction for the warmth, character, and natural feel many families love, or composite deck construction for a low-maintenance surface that resists fading, splintering, and constant staining. Either way, we design for how you actually live-space for a grill, furniture, and clear traffic paths.

To finish, we install deck railing that is both attractive and secure, giving you confidence when kids, guests, or grandparents are out enjoying the space. With 40 years of hands-on experience guiding every step, you gain an outdoor area built for everyday use, harsh weather, and long-term value when it comes time to sell.
